I have heard about this. How about churches with a "day care Sunday school"?

the facility is listed as a church and if, if you peel back the facade you might discern there is no paperwork authorizing a "day care" and if there is k-12 taught you might not find any affiliation nor oversight with any local community board of education!

I have heard that some churches operate a Day Care / Child Care Center during the week.
I do not know of any personally.

This new addition appears to apply only to "licensed" Child Care Centers:

(1) It is unlawful for a person to carry onto, or to possess on, licensed child care center premises, child care center-provided transportation, or areas of facilities while being used exclusively by a child care center:

Considering that language, it would seem the Sunday School type activities are exempt.

your first statement is now unsubstantiated hearsay...

your second statement shows your guessing

therefore remainder is suspect...

Solus:

Thank you for your critique.

I claim severability regarding my post.
The first two sentences do not invalidate the remainder of the post.
