AB1934- still not enough votes to pass

There appears to be 21 absences. Of those I have predicted that 10 of them would vote aye. With the eleven already cast aye votes, it appears that if every aye Senator shows and casts their vote, AB1934 will pass.

If you're counting Oropeza as being one of those 10, then we should be safe. She's been MIA for over a week now.

DeSaulnier is lobbying Ducheny really hard right now. We really need to focus in on calling her Capitol Office!
