What it means is that the Assembly had passed it and what happens is that if the Senate hasn't voted on it by the time the session is over, they create a resolution that basically says it didn't pass. This way, the bill is dead and has to go through the whole process again before it can pass.

So.... it is dead for this session.

...,I don't under why they keep playing with this. I know we have expressed our thoughts to Madison, it must have had some effect if they want to put it off until after the recall elections. I like the bill alert site, can't remember who told me about it, but thanks. Politicians are like children, as long as their making noise you can take your eye off them for a second. boar out.
