... since I stood before a legislative committee and reminded them that they swore in God's name to support our Constitutions. They threatened to have me removed from the meeting for simply asking out loud, "What about our Constitutions?" as they violated their oath of office and continued to consider unconstitutional bills.

Robert Bentley was governor at the time. He signed into law the biggest gun control bill in Alabama's history. He later went to jail on other charges and was removed from office. He was not charged for violating his oath of office. He will answer to God for his swearing falsely in God's name.

Mike Hubbard was speaker of the House at the time. He was instrumental in getting the gun control bills passed that are now part of our state code. He was later convicted of 12 felonies and sent to prison. His violation of his oath of office, though a felony in itself, was not charged. He will answer to God for his swearing falsely in God's name.

Mickey Hammon was the chairman of the legislative committee that considered gun control bills in the house of representatives at the time. He is now a convicted felon and has spent time in prison. He was not charged with violating his oath of office, a first degree felony. He will answer to God for swearing falsely in God's name.

Ed Henry, the representative who sponsored the substitute bill that became the biggest gun control bill in Alabama's history, was later found to have committed other felonies. He was not charged with violation of his oath of office. He will answer to God for swearing falsely in God's name.

Oaths of office are not enforced in Alabama. Great authority is delegated by the people to public servants who swear to support our Constitutions. When those oaths are violated there are no consequences. Therein lies the reason our Constitutions are violated routinely by those who see themselves as our masters instead of our servants.

You are correct. And the problem is everywhere. You can thank the Supreme Court for that. Look-up De facto Doctrine. A Petition for a Writ of Certiorari has just been filed in the U.S. Supreme Court over the issue of Oath of Office. We will see how serious the SC takes the Oath of Office.

Politicians really hate it when you tell them they need to stand up and take their oath of office seriously.

To most of them it is just some thing they have to say.

They have no honor.

There are good reason criminals are for gun control.

I have cornered more then one politician.

They do get quite up set when you expect them to be honest.

Section 4 of the very first law passed into federal law dealing with the states.
STATUTE I. - CHAPTER I.—An act to regulate the Time and Manner of administering certain Oaths. - June 1, 1789

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all officers appointed, or hereafter to be appointed under the authority of the United States, shall, before they act in their respective offices, take the same oath or affirmation, which shall be administered by the person or persons who shall be authorized by law to administer to such officers their respective oaths of office; and such officers shall incur the same penalties in case of failure, as shall be imposed by law in case of failure in taking their respective oaths of office.
Here is the whole law.

If the "law" goes against the U.S. Constitution, then the "law" is null and voided.
If the "law" goes against the U.S. Constitution, then those who passed it are guilty of violating their oath of office. That's perjury, a felony.

Have you ever seen a violation of an oath of office prosecuted? No. Therein lies the problem. Trample our Constitutions with no penalty and it will continue to happen.

The Petition for a Writ of Certiorari listed above is supposed to be reviewed by the Supremes this Friday the 29th. We will see how serious the court cares about the oath of office.
