Stephen Nichols’ guns were confiscated after criticizing a school resource officer for poor attendance.\

So, here it is, ERPO for righteous contempt of cop.

Not only is it "unclear" IF he has gotten his guns back, it is unclear if he will ever get them back. The case continues. All that has happened is that he was re-hired him after the Tidsbury PD got an earful and were over-ruled.

Yo JT go look at post 3 of this thread to follow CoL's original posting of this story...there you will find updated info to include...

In a statement released Monday, Police Chief Mark Saloio, who was actively involved in the investigation of Nichols, said he was never fired, but his job was under review.

So? At the time I wrote that post, my statement was accurate. If something changed afterwards, that is neither my responsibility nor my problem.
