19, in UT, getting ME non-resident permit

just because they accept Maine's permit, does not mean that they accept someone under 21 using it. you still have to abide by the rules in play in that state.

no you dont understand utahs policy... they HONOR the maine permit, as in, since maine offers it to 18+, they will honor what they allow

Blacksmith is 100% Right. No matter the Age, if you have a CCW that is recognized in Utah you are here 100% LEGAL.

I talked about this awhile back with Clark Aposhian, Chairman of the Review Board at BCI.
