How could a person who OC's without a CPL know about these types of events with "one day special liquor licenses" which could possibly result in a violation of MCL 750.234d...
Looks like someone open carrying without a CPL got "tripped up" carrying in a Meijers (which has a Liquor License) under MCL 750.234d.

The Plymouth Ice Festival is this weekend - many different ice carvings around the downtown area and is a very COOL time.
