Carrying on personal property?
On personal property you can CC or OC even if you don't have a CCW permit and even if there are city ordinances against OC, correct? Please correct me if I am wrong. If I am correct can you please link me to the laws that support this? Or explain how/where the lack of laws don't make it... -

Municipal code and state law on carrying while intoxicated
If a city has a municipal code that says it is illegal to be in possession of a firearm while intoxicated, is it illegal in that city? Or do we go by state law that says you have to do something negligent? and why, if you can explain. Thanks :) -
