Freedom, I take slight exception to one part of your statement - "Be happy". In the second paragraph of the Declaration, the first sentence ends withe "pursuit" of happiness but not necessarily with the attainment of same.
I was thinking about the 90's raggae song "Don't worry, be happy"

Not sure I understand.

Yes RTKABA is a God given or natural right as old as man. Its a right all humans have at birth.

Folks in NZ have that same right.

So I don't understand why you state that's the reason its on out constitution and not theirs.

Same goes for Murderers, Rapist, Incest Tortures and other natural unnatural behaviors human are also born with, but now as a society we don't condone those type of behaviors because of laws.

I don't see anything in their Constitution in regards to RTKABA or anything close to our 2A. So if it ain't on paper it, doesn't exist in today modern time

Laws, maws, saws & puppy dog jaws...

Enforcement is arbitrary, conviction is marginal, both at best.

Who is comprised in your definition of society freedomVA? Does the windy city, baltimore, atlanta, nyc, or the other metropolitan areas have a different ‘society’ than rural, small town communities? If not then these unnatural behaviors should be rampant in these small communities as well ~ right?

BTW where does this society say murder, rape, ad nauseam is unnatural behaviour?

For your edification, on the African Continent there are many African tribes whose cultures mandate when a child reaches a certain age, 14-15, male/female doesn’t matter, an opposite sex close relative has sex with them, normally w/o protection or lubrication, etc., to introduce them to adulthood. No screams of incest or rape or anything since the practice is condoned by the culture’s society.

Offends our societal precepts, but then should we meddle?

without laws, it would be a daily Purged. Sometime i think it might be a good thing.

Society doesn't have to say it, you know it deep in your gut that's these behavior are wrong.
I live my life with an understanding, "what goes around, comes around"

When need to.....don't we meddle to save another life when theirs is in danger?

yes, also was human sacrifice thinking that rain will come, then we advanced and stop that nonsense.

for these reasons above that's why we stopped dry humping our sister, mother, grandmother

Apples to moon rocks comparison.

One doesn't have a right to murder ,rape etc.

One does have the right to be armed and to self defense period.
Don't care what's on who's papers. No gov has the moral authority to infringe those rights. Rights that prexested all government s for 1000 s of years.

Yeah it factually does exist. A piece of paper with a law on it means nothing unless one willingly obeys it.

You said we don't condone murder etc because of laws.
In reality we put laws in place to punish those who commit those crimes because we don't want to condone those acts.

Of course the laws against murder rape have done a bang up job of stopping those acts. Slowed em down to what , 500 ,1000 of those crimes a day across the nation.

So your words or a written contract means nothing?

To put laws in place is not to condone those actions.

Hey, a sucker is born every minute

Now you are grasping the concept!.

the statutory words nor religious teachings nor the societal ethical influence did not in any way cease the murders in the windy city one iota. This week already by gunfire murders 6, 13 wounded, ytd by gunfire, 49 murdered, 361 wounded.

In reality, the words, the moral teachings, or the ethical concepts seem to mean nothing!

Oh BTW freedom, did you, as an adolescent, break your caregivers house rules, cuz you could? Moral/ethical!
Cheat on tests, etc. in school and employment applications- moral/ethical.
While driving do you text? Speed? Maybe occasionaly operate your vehicle while under the influence?
Do you self-gratify yourself or cheat on your partner - both against religious moral teachings!

The list goes on in each citizen’s daily life, all the while the words, moral teachings, and ethical concepts, each citizen wading through life.

New Zealand can, as they are trying to do here, pass all the ridiculous laws they want but there is no guarantee that their laws will have any effect on criminal behavior,
I am willing to wager that there will be another shooting within 2 years, done in all likelihood with the very types of weapons they are currently attempting to ban.

Yes, dragged muddy shoes in house.....and we are talking about gun owning adults, not adolescent.

NO, skipped in line at the coasters.

Here's a good example of the domino's effect I'm talking about. Soon the UN will demand this from us too.

Switzerland is not a member of the EU. They certainly can thumb their nose at the EU and should do so. If the voters of Switzerland vote to follow EU anti-gun mandates the Swiss deserve that which they desire.

The article does state that Switzerland is a part of the trade area, making them subject to some of the EU’s regulations.

The lesson that FVA is trying to illustrate is valuable: Nations should never give up their internal sovereignty to an external rule-making entity.

OK. I apologize for having tried to amplify your point. I won’t do it again. Is there a way for you to remove the “Like” you gave my post? I’ll understand if you do.

ROFLMAO...
So ey95, shall the ‘folks’ out here in forum land presume you’re turning down the position of forum’s interpreter?
