What is administrative relief?

All I've done was call the phone number on the NICS Denial Form to get the reason I was denied "Guy with similar name in another state (Florida) did something bad" Then contacted the other state to get letters from the court that said I did not do it, sent those back to the NICS FBI office both in the mail and through their website, and was denied again for the same supposed crime in Florida.

I love Government bureaucracy, piles of paperwork and rubber stamp denial forms. Thanks FBI for all your effort!

I wouldn't have let you purchase a firearm either. Years ago I had a friend with a 2nd degree conspiracy charge and it was a felony. And just because your lawyer got the assault charge plead down to offensive touching on a plea deal doesn't preclude the evidence that you may lose your temper again.

"Evidence" that he might lose his temper - really?
How would you have not "let" him purchase a firearm?

You as an individual or a FFL may refuse to sell to someone for a lot of reasons, including gut feelings.

The process to determine denial or approval to purchase a handgun in Delaware does NOT include hypothesizing/guessing about what a person might do in the future. That smacks of a decidedly anti flavor. If you have evidence to the contrary, please present it, cite it.
