Are We Still Having This Picnic?

I don't see too many posts for attending this picnic. Who is going to show up for this one? I'm still planning on attending but if I am the only one it won't be a lot of fun. :)

I plan on attending Sunday afternoon. I will remind everyone at Lizzy's tonight, and try to encourage them to be there.

Do we have a pavilion to be under, in case it rains?

If not, I can bring my 10x10 EZup tent.

Are picinic tables available?

Should we bring chairs/tables?

Paul, Nancy, Dave, Brian, you, me.
Probably there are people who don't want to post online.
I'm trying to decide how I can put the cooler on the motorcycle. (Though maybe the a/c in the car would be a better idea.)
And this time I'll bring my hearing protection, in case the same jerk of a sound guy is there.

No pavilion. Lots of nice trees. Lots of picnic tables.

I know this is a late post but since there are only a handful of us going I am only going to bring the gas grill. Too much stuff to lug around for only a few people.

See everyone there soon!

Paul and Nancy,

Thanks for the hospitality, this was a nice event, excellent place, plenty of food and company to share.

Phil,

Thanks for being the grillmaster, you fixed my hotdogs just perfect!

Krysta,

The ice cream treats really hit the spot for dessert.

We had about a dozen folks there, some cool classic cars, good stories and friendly police.

We counted 11.

As for the police, they came when we called and even the cop harassed me for not shooting my new XDm yet. He was carrying an XDm in .40.

For reference, we called the cops when an old man from IL hit one of our cars and at first denied it even though 8 people saw it. He did admit to the police he did do it.

I thought it was funny that Brian was talking with him for a couple minutes, then Paul went over & was there for another couple minutes, & he finally noticed the pistols.

"You guys are carrying guns????"

Didn't seem upset or worried or scared or anything.
At least, not about the guns.
Didn't seem too happy with us calling police on him, but if he'd behaved himself at first we wouldn't have had to call backup.
