How about sawed-off rifles/shotguns with less than 18" barrels or less than 26" overall length? How about pistols over 14" in length? Air rifles? Or air pistols?

Alternative weapons? Tasers, stun guns, switchblades, butterfly-knives, bolos, boomerangs, asps, spear guns, mortars, artillery, tanks?

Hunting, fishing, trapping, camping, canoeing, kayaking, scuba diving?

Iraq, Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Great Britain, Mexico, Canada, Pakistan, Germany, Russia, Poland, Venezuela, Spain, Colombia, Cuba, California, Japan, China, France?

Penguins?

But there are definitely no long guns in the champaign room!!!

CARRY of Long Guns

All other forum rules still apply here including the prohibition on discussing long gun carry, bashing other gun groups or LEOs and personal attacks.

As I read it, the rule isn't against discussion of long guns, but against the CARRY of long guns. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I got the impression that OC of a pistol and OC of a long gun are viewed very differently, and the purpose and image of the discussion of OC here is specifically related to handguns. Therefore, as I see it, feel free to talk about long guns-just not OCing them.

Bingo! Feel free to talk about your favorite long guns for hunting / target / varmints, etc all you want. AR vs AK? Go for it. Just don't advocate for long gun CARRY.

Thanks.

Just don't advocate for long gun CARRY.

Long gun carry is silly especially in a Ponderosa! Besides who wants to carry a long gun when there are so many good pistols available?

puma bounty hunter
kel-tec plr-16
bushmaster carbon 15
cobray lhc
vector v51p
pps43c pistol
draco ak pistol
all kinds of privately built ar and ak pistols

How about short barreled rifles? Are those considered long guns?
Think of it more in the sense that they are not handguns..... OCDO only advocates the carry of handguns... Handguns scare the timid masses enough. Anything larger disrupts their logical thought processes and they go into a full seizure.... Mass hysteria....
