As Zepplin stated in Page's/Plant's 1971 Stairway to Heaven, quote: Cause you know sometimes words have two meanings. unquote.

for those who wish to step back for a moment to remember what is considered, by some, the greatest rock hit of our modern time, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvks8x43I0o

I think there are many songs which could arguably claim the title of "Best Rock Song Ever."

I think what's more important than any single song, however, is analyzing out why some bands have multiple songs which appear in the Top 10, Top 25, Top 50, etc. lists of Best Rock and Roll Songs.

I just looked through several such lists and noticed Led Zeppelin has more songs on the list than most, if not all, including Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir, Whole Lotta Love, Good Times Bad Times, Heartbreaker, Immigrant Song, The Wanton Song, When the Levee Breaks, Black Dog, Fool in the Rain, and others.

The following YouTube video may be entitled, "What Makes John Bonham Such a Good Drummer?", but the truth is that the entire band were very accomplished musicians playing great melodies, wild lyrics, and working exceptionally well together to nail down some very complicated rythms.

Certainly, this one qualifies! Here's the version in higher definition audio than the original on the CD release. I "heard tell" they producers of Supernatural had it digitally remastered from the original studio tapes to bring out greater clarity and dynamic range:

And now, for a version I found quite wonderful the first time I heard it, the same as I do right now. :)
