U.S. District Court finds Some Felons Have Second Amendment Rights

"On 26 April, 2018, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois held that some felons have the right to keep and bear arms. Larry Hatfield was a perfect test case. From reason.com, Hatfield v. Session (formerly Hatfield v. Lynch)"

Those convicted will still have the right to hold public office....and pass laws favorable to themselves.

As I do not understand how, perhaps you will explain it to me. I am just holding them for a friend.

I checked and find that tool does not exist in my kit bag.

When I print too fast I start the letter n with a long down stroke and it makes look like a h.

I'll try to be more careful next time.

Update: The gov. filed a Notice of Appeal on June 25, 2018 Case #18-2385

I would guess it will be 6 months to a year before a decision.

After they've paid their full debt to society: End of all sentence, parole, and supervision, then sure. Otherwise, no.
The First protects the Second, and the Second protects the First. OO-RAH!!! Together, they protect the rest of our Bill of Rights and other founding documents.

As for President Trump, he's getting the job done.
