Not quite constitutional carry

Just an FYI, it appears that, due to a drafting error, it is still (potentially) not legal to carry a loaded firearm in a vehicle without a permit.

An unfortunate error that can't be fixed for 24 months until the next legislative session it seems.

But it looks like it will be corrected then. And a huge win for North Dakota even with the little snafu.

Congrats and thank you to all the ND activists who made this happen. Every State that moves to some form of constitutional carry makes it that much easier for subsequent States to follow. They provide that much more evidence to federal courts of what the 2nd amendment right really is.
