Bravo!!

... but I suspect they're a bit outdone by that one city in Georgia that mandates every head of household maintain a firearm (baring religious, philosophical, or other disqualifiers).

Cute, but there are a bunch of anti gun businesses in Tombstone. I don't even recall seeing a restaurant that allowed carry in the downtown strip. Even their museum doesn't allow guns.

^This.

Just because firearms are prominently displayed (mainly by reenactors and CAS) doesn't mean Tombstone is friendly to the 2A.

Try OCing into any of the restaurants.* Better yet, try The Birdcage Theatre and see how the... ladies... at the front counter react.**

I will concede though, the Rose Tree Museum (has a record-holding rose bush in the courtyard) was non-eventful in regards to OC, as was Wyatt's Hotel and every "western wear" and arts shop we passed by.

Prominently-worn sidearms do not a 2A-friendly locale make. :(

*To be fair, most of them serve liquor, so we can blame the asinine liquor laws some

**GF really wanted to see it so I unloaded my 1911 and left the mag and cartridges in a baggie at the front desk. Didn't make much difference, really. I mean, that's what spare mags are for. Another example of useless "feel-good" policies.
