I'm not sure what you are saying, Citizen.
He is saying give us a taste of what is inside a blind link, keeping forum rule #11 (Fair Use Quote) in mind.

"When then-Attorney General Dustin McDaniel issued his ridiculous and legally perverted official opinion on open carry in July, 2013, he pushed a theme that continues to emanate from the media and other members of the public to this day. If allowed to continue, this type of belief will destroy not only the right to keep and bear arms in Arkansas, but many other liberties and freedoms we enjoy today.

In that official legal opinion, McDaniel made the statement that “… I do not interpret Act 746 as authorizing so-called ‘open carry.’” By stating that, he pushes the assumption that the state must “authorize” our right to bear arms before we are allowed to exercise said right. This supposition has now been picked up by the media and they have run with it, as have many in the legislature and the public."
