• We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.
  • The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please join us as Connecticut Carry hosts Raymond Johansen in his open forum discussion designed for those private citizens who have or are considering owning and carrying firearms for home and self-defense. Topics of discussion will include a useful and realistic use of force model for the armed citizen, with supporting case law and a review of current legislation. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of deadly force, stress management and discussions will make their future training endeavors much more effective and practical.

Ray has served as a professional firearms and use of force instructor for a number of years. His students represent all facets the military, law enforcement, private security and private citizen communities. As a security consultant, Ray has provided security services for high net worth persons at risk, corporations and designed training curricula for law enforcement agencies and private security firms.
