Our own John Pierce was sworn in yesterday, October 29, 2012, in an abbreviated (inclement weather) ceremony conducted at the Richmond Convention Center.

John had previously passed the bar examination on his first attempt and licensed effective Oct 12. http://www.vbbe.state.va.us/bar/barresults.html

Now with this latest step behind him, he can hang a new shingle proudly - John A. Pierce, Esq. Has a nice ring to it doesn't it.

Join me in congratulating John and wishing him well.

Congratulations man! You've become a bar-certified lawyer just in time for Halloween ;) (trying to avoid all the vampiric lawyer jokes)

In all seriousness, great job. Looking forward to the positive impact you'll have in 2A case-law.
